Same autopilot, same free first filter. You can upgrade from DIY to full service anytime.
No problem at all. Just select "I'm not sure" when you sign up. On full-service plans we'll measure at your first visit; on DIY plans we'll help you confirm the size before your first delivery. Either way, we record it and get it right every time after.
ENERGY STAR's actual guidance is to check your filter every month — and change it at least every 3 months — because filters clog faster with pets, allergies, dust, renovations, or heavy heating and cooling use. Our Max plan simply does the monthly schedule for you. Most homes are fine on Standard, but if you've got two shedding dogs and year-round HVAC use, monthly is the honest recommendation.
